Chi Gong and Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for a nourishing workshop that blends the ancient practice of Chi Gong (Qigong) with the grounding clarity of mindfulness meditation. In this gentle yet powerful session, we will explore slow, flowing movements, breath awareness, and stillness to harmonise body, mind, and spirit.
Through guided Chi Gong sequences, participants will awaken and circulate vital life energy (Qi), promoting physical vitality and emotional calm. We’ll then transition into seated mindfulness meditation to deepen awareness, cultivate inner peace, and anchor ourselves in the present moment.
