What Will Be Covered?
Voice
Be your own creator, finding your inner voice, we'll explore creative workshops on play, direction and flow.
Teaching
During the course you will have plenty of opportunites to teach the group, we also have opportunities to teach PAYF classes to the public, building familiarity and teaching experiance.
Yogic History
The History and Philosophy of Yoga and how to apply to modern living.
Looking at the Vedas, The Bhagavad Gita and the eight limbed path.
Styles
Specialised training including, pregnancy, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative,Yoga Nidra, Heated Yoga, Chanting, Chakras, Intro to sound bathing and many more!
Poses/Asana
Exploring a huge amount of poses, including seated, twists, extensions, foreward folding, inversions.
Breathwork
Breathwork practices and the science behind it.
Business & Marketing
Getting started, advertising, building your own community, Insurance, teaching opportunities.
Anatomy & Physiology
Anatomy and Physiology applied to yoga with posture clinics and discussing how to best support our individual bodies.

1:00 - 2:30 Posture Lab, Alignment, modifications, benefits, contraindications and common mistakes

2:45 - 3:45 Practical Workshop, Cueing, assists, partner work or sequencing exercises
