Terms & Conditions

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start.

All classes start on time, if you are late your place may be offered to another student.

There is no receptionist, therefore it is at the teacher’s discretion as to whether they are able to stop the class to let latecomers in.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Classes

A full refund will be given if you cancel 24 hours before the class is due to start, if you have a class pass this will automatically be returned to your Santosha account.
Late Cancellations – Any cancellations made after this time will not be credited back to your account or refunded.
If you late cancel with your unlimited monthly or 3 monthly passes a day will be taken off the total of your pass.
We require that you sign into a class 15 minutes before the class starts if you have not signed in or arrive late your place will be offered to another person who is dropping in and this will be regarded as a late cancelation.

Refunds for a class pass that are unused and bought with 14 days will be subject to a £5 admin fee. We can not give refunds for class passes that are already activated.

Monthly Memberships

3, 6, 12 monthly memberships are a monthly direct debited from your account. Once purchased your account will be active for either 3,6, or 12 month depending on your purchase. At the end of your term your monthly member will automatically stop until further purchase or complete stop. This is an agreed term to enable studio offerings such as: unlimited classes, workshops and online video access. In the event you need to cancel your membership - please email santoshayogapontefract@gmail.com, we will require proof such as a a doctors note etc. There will be an admin fee of £15.

 

Courses

  • If cancelled before 7 days we can refund your Yoga account, less an admin fee of 10%.

  • If cancelled after 48 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.

Workshops

  • If cancelled before 7 days notice we can refund the full amount to your Yoga account.

  • If we must cancel our workshop, it will be adjusted via the Momence only (not through social media)

If you would like a refund there is a £5.00 admin fee. this includes Classes/Workshops/Courses/One to Ones

Retreats – Day Retreats

  • If cancelled before 14 days notice we can refund the full amount to your Yoga account.

  • If cancelled before 48 hours notice we can refund your Yoga account 50% of the cost of the retreat.

  • If cancelled within 48 hours notice, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.

Retreats – Weekend Retreats

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the retreat.

  • Cancellations: 50% of the balance is refundable to your Yoga account if canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.

  • We will not be able to offer any refund if the retreat is canceled less than two weeks before the event.

Therapies

  • If cancelled before 48 hours notice we can refund the full amount of the appointment cost to your Yoga account.

  • If cancelled after 48 hours notice 50% of your appointment cost will be refunded to your Yoga account.

  • If cancelled after 24 hours notice the full amount of the appointment cost will be payable.

 

Additional Studio Policy

  • Sadly we are not responsible for lost and stolen property, please take care of your belongings.

  • It is your responsibility to arrive at the studio early prior to your class.

  • Car Parking facilities are not our responsibility, paying for parking is up to you.

  • Travelling Teachers and Students are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

  • Cancelled classes, workshops and other events will be updated via the MindBody App only, not through social media or in person (data protection/third party contact) with at least 3-hour notice.

  • Toilet facilities are provided, we ask you that you respect them as they are shared with another business in the building, any damage to the toilets and communal area will need to be paid for.

 

Privacy & Security Policy

Commitment to Data Security

Your personal identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt-out of further mailings.

We accept payments through our mindbody online booking system.
